In the past people wanted to know what is making these things in our world and how do these things occur. As human beings were evolving we became more curious and whenever we have the time to think we tried to make the use of it and bring new discoveries to the world. Now in our present lives we feel that we have discovered everything and learned everything. This lack of curiosity is making the world forget who made the technology they are using and who made them understand what is happening in the world. Without the help of those who took the time to observe and think about the world we wouldn't have the cars, and the phones that we have. Instead of idolizing the person for making our lives better we downgrade the person making them feel worse . Leisure time is associated in science when people took the time off to think about the world. The people who took the time to think where called scholars and were praised as they made new inventions and discoveries to help the society.
Entertainment as we know it has taken the place of science. We value entertainment more than a person with a 4.0 in throughout their high school. People don't take the time to think about the world. Instead we think about becoming the best soccer player or being the funniest guy on Earth. We idolize those types of people but forget to mention the people who made our lives better. The people who take the time of to think and try to make technology should be given more credit then people who have been in entertainment.
