Proposal By Yasiym Bonner

Tai Chi is an ancient Asian mind - body art originated in china. Originally it was created as a martial but i was soon used as an alternative medicine. It is also known as "moving meditation". Many people practice this art to increase their focus and also their well being. Tai Chi consists of a lot of breathing which has a big impact on your focus. It also requires a lot of patience which motivates your well-being. The reason I am choosing this art is because in elementary school I practiced it and it really helped improve on my focus. Not only focus but it helped me become more mature.
