Two paragraphs

Tai Chi is a martial art that was developed in china. People practice Tai Chi for their health and well being. It is also known as "moving meditation". Tai chi is one of the many arts that uses ying and yang in its structure. Currently people in america use tai chi for pains and ease their stiffness. They also use it for their overall wellness.
