Once our class had an oppurtunity to research ancient Asian medicine, I immediately thought of Dermatology. The first thing that poped into my mind, was a Asian spa in New York City that has treatment for the skin. What they had in that Spa was a tank full of small fishes that would eat dead skin from people's flesh. It might sound a little weird, but clients loved the results. Unfortunatly, after i researched, i found out that this treatment was NOT ancient medicine. So i have researched ancient dermatology and it dates back to ancient Egyptian times. People in Ancient Egyptian used animal oil, salt, alabaster and sour milk. here are some Resources for my research
