My Proposal on Acupuncture

When given the oppurtunity to research Asian Medical practices, I immediately thought about acupuncture. Acupuncture is the procedure of inserting and manipulating needles into various points on the body to relieve pain or for therapeutic purposes. Many people say that acupuncture can be explained mainly through the placebo effect. I am interested in researching this further because I am very interested in the way that it heals people.
